    Responsibilities

    Provide Blain Supply Leadership and all business partners financial planning, analysis, consulting and strategic support.

    • Develop business partner accountability in meeting financial projections and KPIs.
    • Perform variance and trend analysis, developing solutions to fill gaps.
    • Assist in Capital Approvals and Post Audit process.
    • Provide analytical insight into critical investment initiatives (strategic and operating)
    • Work to develop insightful & meaningful reporting and accountability in developing financial models to automate these processes.
    • Perform process evaluations to drive efficiencies and understand ROI for strategic initiatives, new store roll-outs and other proposed projects.
    • Prepare timely presentations to Board of Directors and Senior Leadership Team.
    • Responsible for construction of financial models, develop and own financial analysis, and create automated solutions
    • Assist with the maintenance of the company’s financial performance management

      processes, including planning and forecasting.

    Qualifications

    BS in Accounting or Finance MBA and/or CPA is preferred. 5+ years of experience in business roles, including Financial Decision Support and Planning. Experience in multi-unit retail/consumer industries is ideal but not necessary.

    • Ability to think big and deep dive, getting hands dirty, (work at both strategic levels and implementation actions).
    • Experience in collecting data and creating meaningful analysis to lead business improvements and cost reduction initiatives.
    • Strong leadership and communication skills required.
    • Experience working with all levels of the organization including the senior level executives.
    • Ability to lead transformation/change.
    • Possess high standards of accuracy and precision; high organizational skills and integrity.
    • Organizational agility with ability to work and influence in a multi-functional environment.
    • Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills and ability to learn Blain internal software programs.
    • Ability to read and speak English and communicate with customers and co-workers.
