    Responsibilities

    We are currently seeking an Assistant Merchandiser at our Corporate Headquarters which is located in Janesville, WI. The Assistant Merchandiser is responsible to ensure that shelves and displays for our stores are maintained.  They will also manage and create-o-grams for assigned areas.  Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

    • Work directly with mentor to execute analysis of item productivity by using all available resources including sales reports and Microsoft software programs.
    • Work directly with mentor in coordinating efforts with divisional staff regarding, plan-o-grams, merchandising standards and calendars.
    • Responsible for keeping incoming freight organized in planogram room and   room clean. 
    • Responsible for coordinating the removal of product from planogram room.
    • Responsible for pulling fixtures for stores or resets as needed.
    • Demonstrate awareness and compliance with Loss Prevention and safety policies and/or procedures.

     

    Qualifications

    • Three to five years of retail/merchandising experience.
    • Possess a valid driver's license.
    • Excellent communication and time management skills.  
    • Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop and Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
    • Ability to learn internal software systems.
    • Ability to multi-task.
