    Responsibilities

    The Administrative Assistant provides administrative support to our Divisional Teams which includes the following, but not limited to:

    • Review e-mail and voice mail messages and respond as appropriate
    • Update price sheets and create purchase orders as requested
    • Assist retail personnel with questions regarding the product line
    • Provide clerical support for store-to store transfers.
    • Receive contacts from vendors and assist as appropriate
    • Provide Buyers with all other clerical and administrative support as requested
    • Assist with product seminars

     

    Qualifications

    • 2-3 years of Administrative Support experience
    • Excellent communication and organizational skills
    • Strong attention to detail required
    • Ability to work with highly confidential information
    • Must maintain a high level of accuracy with speed of data entry
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
