We are seeking: a highly motivated Database Developer (Full Stack) to join our IT team in Janesville, WI. This person must be able to create, design, implement and maintain new database applications to meet company needs.  Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Write and modify T-SQL queries, stored procedures, and views
  • Optimize existing database structures, queries, and stored procedures
  • Work with developers and business analysts to design and develop new database applications and enhancements
  • Implement solutions that are reliable, scalable, and perform at a high level
  • Document and share knowledge with development team


  • Proficient in writing advanced Transact SQL queries in MS SQL Server
  • Knowledge and understanding of all aspects of database and query tuning
  • Sound knowledge of ETL best practices and methodology
  • Diagnose high volume MS SQL Server performance issues
  • Experience using data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
  • Development experience in C# or VB.NET is a plus
  • Must be self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
  • Excellent analytical skills
